Issue: Sections of the part aren’t visible, even when you rotate the view

When your view has parts clipping out of existence like the below images, the fix is to go to View - > Fit (in the Operation tab)

Tip: Settings to make the view rotate around your mouse instead of the workspace origin

By default, you have to hold the middle mouse button down for 400ms to rotate around your mouse instead of the work origin, which can be annoying when working zoomed in.

To fix this, go to “Visualization Preferences” by searching in the top right.

Then go to View -> Interaction -> Rotation Point Delay and turn it down to 0, or however long in ms you want to hold the middle mouse button in order to rotate around your mouse.

Tip: How to make your sketch relations permanent (similar to SolidWorks)

Sketch relations (parallel, coincident, concentric, etc) are by default not permanent, so after making them you can break them by dragging objects around or creating other relations. You can make them permanent, but when doing this keep in mind that breaking relationships is a bit more difficult than other programs.

The button to enable this is next to your sketch relations.

If the button does not show up, click the drop down arrow to include it.
